After years supporting leaders through growth and change, I noticed the same pattern: the people carrying the most responsibility often had the fewest spaces where they could set it down and think honestly. Wingspan Coaching was built to create that space.
My work combines evidence-based coaching practices, ICF-aligned training, and the Energy Leadership Index (ELI) to uncover the patterns shaping how leaders think, respond, and make decisions. The process is structured and reflective, but always connected to real leadership moments and measurable movement forward.
